Returns & Exchanges
At The Good Shop Mycology & Wellness our biggest goal is to deliver the best possible customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to fix it!
RETURNS: We accept returns via mail or at our store location for store credit only within 5 days of order delivery/purchase. Item must have original packaging & be in unused condition, free smoke/odors, pet hair or any other damage. Discounted items, supplements, consumable items (snacks/grocery etc.) and health/beauty items are Non Returnable. To initiate a return please Email us. If your return is approved please include the original packing slip in your return. Customer is responsible for return shipping. We will not process returns via social media. Store credit for returns will be issued to your Good Shop Wellness account & can be used on our website or in store.
EXCHANGES: At this time we only allow returns no exchanges because we cannot guarantee that the item you are exchanging for will be available upon return. Upon approval, we will issue store credit for the item to your Good Shop Wellness account & you can use this credit to repurchase the correct item or purchase a different item. Please follow the return instructions above.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, please contact your local post office if you cannot find your package. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the U.S. Postal Service to file a claim.

Mailed Returns
Please DO NOT mail returns until you have reached out to us via Email for approval. We will not process returns without approval. If you mail us a return without approval & return is not approved customer is responsible for return postage to customer.
